Hooters Bass Fishing Team Looks Forward to FLW Series Events

Professional Bass Fisherman Brad Wall has become a big part of the HOOTERS family since joining as the company's official HOOTERS Bass Angler. He's proven to have the enthusiasm, and the record of winning, to become a great match for HOOTERS...

This year, said Brad, should be even more exciting with more competitions and broader television coverage.

“HOOTERS Bass Fishing has graduated to the absolute ceiling of competitive bass fishing’s most prestigious stages, the FLW (Forest L. Woods) Tour and the FLW Series events. All of these events are exclusively televised on Fox Sports Net on Saturday mornings, as well as highlight coverage on ESPN2’s Bass Center.”

HBF will compete against the top 200 professional fishermen of all time. Of course, it’s more than fishing that’s been keeping Brad busy. In 2006 he and his wife welcomed the arrival of a brand new daughter-in the middle of a fishing tournament.
"I had just enough time to get there for the birth,” he said, adding “Then I had to turn around and go back the next day. I didn’t get to spend any time with them.”

Brad says he’d like to thank HOOTERS, Ranger, Mercury, Lowrance, Motorguide, and Navionics, as well as the many other contributing sponsors for their support over the past few years. “I would not have had this opportunity to graduate to this level of competition without HOOTERS and all the supportive industry sponsors over the past two years. I can’t tell you how exciting it is to compete against the best in the world.

“HOOTERS allows me to compete and travel first class and genuinely share the passion of the outdoors with many people from all walks of life. Working with kids, soldiers, charity organizations, television and media people, all for the betterment of our society and environment, leaves me feeling warm and fuzzy.

Over the last decade of professional angling, Brad has garnered high awards at Berlin Reservoir, the Angler’s Choice tournament and the Ohio Federation Club tournament, as well as being featured in BassMasters Magazine, Bass West USA Magazine, Buckeye Bass Magazine and website, FLW Outdoors website and the Angler’s Choice website.

This year, the FLW Tour will take Brad to Lake Okeechobee, FL; Lake Murray, SC; Pickwick Lake, AL; Beaver Lake, AR; Kentucky Lake, KY; and Lake Champlain, NY The FLW Series will be at Lake Lanier, GA; Lake Cumberland, KY; Old Hickory Lake, TN; Lake of the Ozarks, MO; and Lewis Smith Lake, AL.
